Katka is a physiotherapist who is trained in musculaskeletal physiotherapy, neurological physiotherapy and her specialty is visceral physiotherapy (working mostly with digestive tract). Visceral physiotherapy can help you especially with gastroesophageal reflux, digesting, stomach pains, back pain and with menstrual pain in females.
Katka gained her master‘s degree in physiotherapy from the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. Her degree was focused on visceral physiotherapy for patients with gastroesophageal reflux. She spent part of her studies in USA, where she worked with professional university football team, so she is experienced in treatment of acute and chronic sports injuries.
She has clinical experience with musculoskeletal diseases, neurological diseases, postoperative care and orthopedic problems such as knee, hip, back and shoulder pain. Katka is trained and fully competent in osteopathic mobilizations and manipulations of every joint in the human body, in deep tissue massages, trigger-point release, soft tissue release.

Orthopaedic surgeon specialising in arthroscopic (keyhole) knee surgery, knee ligament surgery and knee replacement surgery. I qualified from the University of Liverpool in 1998, and went on to complete my specialist training in orthopaedic surgery in the Cheshire and Merseyside area. Gareth developed my specialist interest in sports knee surgery and knee replacement surgery by completing a fellowship in knee surgery including knee arthroscopy and reconstruction at Wrightington Hospital.
Gareth undertook a fellowship in sports knee (knee ligament and cartilage) surgery and knee replacement surgery at the Leeds teaching hospitals NHS Trust. He has perform arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction in the knee, sports injuries, high tibial osteotomy, knee joint replacement (including partial knee replacement), cartilage repair and regeneration and knee replacement.

Alan grew up in Australia and Hong Kong, and was awarded a Bachelor and Master degree in Applied Psychology from Australia & currently undertaking his Physiotherapy bachelors degree
Alan’s major interest is in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries. Alan has also completed an Aquatic Therapy foundation course by ATACP UK under the tuition of Sarah Wratten in London.
