Karol is a yoga instructor who specialises in resetting and reconnecting the mind and body through Traditional styles of Yoga sequences, most of which are focused on counter-acting our body's restrictions and western world mobility. Karol spent over 6 months studying in the deep routes of India to attain his Intense Yoga Teacher qualification. He practices uses specific poses to restore flexibility and alignment of the entire body in order to neutralise and rebalance muscles and connective tissues that may be causing any sort of discomfort, aches and/or pains. A regular routine practise of reactivating targeted body parts will not only strengthen the tissue but maintain balance and homeostasis in the body reducing the rate of injuries in sports.
